What we do

Research

To develop good legislation, research is highly necessary. In a legislation-process there isn’t always time and money to do this research, which shows. ENCP Foundation supports research that removes this barrier, making it easier to protect victims.

Lobbying

Good legislation is the start of acknowledging victims. ENCP does lobbying work in multiple countries to convince legislators of the serious nature of the abuse and to incite them to criminalise it.

Education

A lot of harm can be prevented with education. The harms of image-based sexual abuse are often blamed on victims instead of perpetrators. This needs to change to change perpetrators’ acts.

Consultation Dutch sexual offences bill

ENCP Foundation wrote a response to the consultation of the Dutch draft bill for a new sexual offences law. You can read this response here (in Dutch).
